Villa LOREN

Villa LOREN is a new villa on the southern side of the island of Lastovo in Prehodisče bay. The big advantage of this villa is its location right by the sea in a quiet place at the end of the road. There are about 5 houses in total, otherwise only the sea and the forest. The villa has its own large concrete jetty, reserved for guests only.

The owner of the villa offers guests fresh fish, olive oil, wine, brandy, etc. Guests can order dinner or half board.

It is not necessary to drive to Villa Loren. The owner will pick you up from the ferry for free.

There are three apartments and two studios in the villa: S1, A2, A3 on the second floor, S4, A5 on the first floor. All apartments have WiFi and TV and air conditioning.

STUDIO No. 1: S1 LORENA=one living room with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony directly above the sea. The living room has a wide double bed and a sofa bed. A wide glass sliding door leads to the balcony. The studio apartment has a TV, WiFi and air conditioning.

A3 MARIJA: the apartment has a large living room with a kitchenette, a small bedroom, a bathroom and a large corner balcony around the entire apartment. The living room has a wide double bed, a sofa bed and a dining table. Four sliding glass doors lead to the balcony from the living room. There are two separate beds in the bedroom. The apartment has a TV, WiFi and air conditioning.

STUDIO No. 4 S4 GITA:=one living room with kitchenette, bathroom and a beautiful balcony directly above the sea. In the living room there is a double bed and a sofa bed.

The studio apartment has TV and WiFi, air conditioning.

Apartment A5: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom and balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment has air conditioning and WiFi.

The nearest restaurant is in the Solitudo hotel /about 2 km from the villa/. There is also a diving school here. Near the Solitudo Hotel there are bicycle, scooter, motor boat rentals, etc. It is possible to rent a boat with an outboard motor for the entire stay, dock it at Villa Loren and go shopping, swimming, etc. only by boat.

The nearest shop, gas station, coffee bar, etc. is in Ubli /ferry port/about 4.6 km from Villa Loren.
