House KREŠO
Villa KREŠO is a new villa on the west side of the island of Čiovo in the resort of Okrug Gornji. Below the villa is the bay Bušinci. The island of Ciovo is connected to the mainland by two bridges. The advantage is easy accessibility /without a ferry /
The villa is located about 180 m from the sea from the pebble beach.
Guests' cars are parked by the villa on private land.
The villa has three new, nicely furnished apartments. All apartments have air conditioning, WiFi and TV.
The villa has a first and second floor for guests, the owner lives on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is only one large apartment - No.1. On the second floor there are two apartments: No.2 and No.3.
Apartment No. 1 /the whole first floor /: two double bedrooms, large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and large balcony /25 m2 /with beautiful sea views. The apartment has air conditioning, WiFi and TV.
Apartment No. 2 /second floor /: double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and two balconies: the first is connected to the living room by a glass door and has a beautiful sea view, the second is accessible from the bedroom and is oriented to the west and the sea can also be seen from it. The apartment has air conditioning, WiFi and TV.
Apartment No.3 /second floor /: double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and two balconies. One is accessible from the living room and has a beautiful sea view. The second balcony is oriented to the opposite side and can be entered from the bedroom. The apartment has air conditioning, WiFi and TV.
In the bay Bušinci there is a typical rocky coast with concrete piers and two pebble beaches with gradual access to the sea.
The nearest restaurant is about 150 m away from the villa. The town center is about 400 m away from the house. There is not only a church, but also a supermarket, post office, pharmacy, doctor's office, fish market and fruit and vegetable market.
The beautiful ancient town of Trogir is about 5 km from the villa.
The price listed in the table is the price for the whole apartment per night.
The price includes all taxes except the fee for the use of air conditioning.
Use of air conditioning in apartment No. 1 costs 5 EUR per day and in apartments No. 2 and No. 3 costs 4 EUR per day. Guests pay for each day they use the air conditioning.
The price for renting apartments varies from period to period.
