SANJA house
House SANJA is a new house /built in 2010 /on the island of Solta. This island is close to Split, has excellent ferry connections.
House SANJA is in a very quiet place, is located from the sea about 200 m from the large pebble beach about 250 m. The house has beautiful sea views.
The house has electricity, water from public water and WiFi and a new outdoor grill.
You can drive to the house. The car is parked on a private plot near the house.
There are two new apartments in the house: A1 is a large apartment on the first floor, A2 is a smaller apartment on the ground floor.
A1: large living room with kitchen and sofa bed, two double bedrooms, bathroom and two balconies. Access to the apartment is via an outdoor staircase. The apartment is new, spacious, nicely furnished, the apartment has air conditioning.
A2: living room with kitchen and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom and terrace. The apartment is new, nicely furnished. The apartment has air conditioning.
Both apartments have a TV, WiFi and air conditioning.
The newly built outdoor grill /January 2018 /is common to both apartments.
The advantage of the house is its location in a quiet place with beautiful sea views. It is only a few steps to the center.
Restaurants, cafes and shops are in the center of Maslinica, about 200 m from the house. For shopping, we recommend the supermarket and market in Grohote.
The island of Solta is a friendly island, suitable for a quiet holiday.
