- For a binding reservation, we only collect a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay. You pay the remaining 70% in Croatia after inspecting the accommodation.

-Only with us you do not pay any extra charges for a house right by the sea, for a balcony with a sea view, for a balcony facing south, etc., etc. The houses and apartments we offer are right by the sea, the extra charge is nonsense.

-We know all the locations, all the houses and apartments well. We personally inspect and check them before each season. We will be happy to provide you with the most detailed information.

-After paying the deposit, you will receive an accommodation voucher from us with the owner's contact information. You have the opportunity to verify your reservation. The accommodation voucher clearly states: what is the total price, what amount you have paid and what amount you will pay in Croatia. No hidden fees. You only pay what is stated on the accommodation voucher.

-We list all our prices in EUR. If the Czech currency strengthens, you will save, if it weakens, you will not lose, because if someone else lists prices in CZK, the exchange rate risk is always calculated in these prices.

-We offer you cooperation in obtaining a recreation allowance from your employer. We can issue you an invoice up to the total price of the accommodation.

-We only offer discounts in exceptional cases, usually when a customer cancels and the owner needs to fill the date. You will not find first minute, last minute, or even super last minute with us. We offer you the same, lowest possible prices all year /season/. By comparing with the competition, you will easily find that we are really the cheapest.
