Advance payments in EUR to our euro account

Since December 15, 2019, a European Union regulation has been in effect, requiring banks to charge the same fees for money transfers domestically and abroad (so-called SEPA payments within the European Union countries).

From 15 December 2019 at the latest, domestic banks must not charge unreasonable fees for transferring money to a foreign bank. This means that if your bank does not charge a fee for domestic payment orders, it must not charge a fee for payment orders to other European Union countries either. If a bank charges a fee for a transfer, for example . 6 CZK, they must also charge the same fee for transferring money abroad.

Banks can now only make money on the exchange rate. In some domestic banks, the EUR exchange rate differs significantly from the official CNB exchange rate.

Dear customers, if you want to send a deposit for accommodation to our EUR account, please request a SEPA payment from your bank. The bank will convert CZK from your account to EUR and send it to our EUR account. The CZK/EUR exchange rate is different for each bank.
