Villa ANA
Villa ANA is in the resort of Duce Luka on the Omis Riviera right by the sea on a sandy beach. The villa has a garden with a bungalow.
Villa ANA is easily accessible. A regular bus line from Prague has a stop about 50 meters from the villa. If you arrive in Split by plane, public transport stops at the same stop.
The villa has three floors. The second and third floors are not completely finished. Only the ground floor and the first floor are intended for guests. On the first floor there is one apartment /No.2/and two studios /No.1 and No.3 /. The apartment and both studios have air conditioning and TV. On the ground floor there are three studios /No.4, No.5, No.6 /and two rooms with a shared kitchen /No.7 and No.8 /.
Studio No. 1 /so-called green according to the predominant color /: one living room with three beds and a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony to the south with a beautiful sea view.
Apartment No. 2 /so-called. blue /: two rooms /in the first there is a double bed and a kitchenette, in the second there are two beds /, a bathroom, a balcony to the west towards the neighboring house.
Studio No. 3 /so-called yellow /: one living room with three beds and kitchenette, bathroom, loggia to the north of the garden.
Studio No.4: one living room with four beds, kitchenette, bathroom, large shaded terrace to the north of the garden.
Studio No.5 /so-called red /: one living room divided by a curtain. In the first part there is a double bed and an extra bed, in the second there is a kitchenette and a couch, a bathroom and a loggia to the north of the garden.
Studio No. 6: one living room with a "double bed" 140 cm wide and a kitchenette, bathroom, loggia to the north to the garden.
Room No.7: double bedroom with bathroom.
Room No.8: triple bedroom with bathroom.
Rooms No. 7 and No. 8 each have their own bathroom and a shared large kitchen and terrace.
Bungalow: brick building in the garden of the villa. The bungalow has three beds, a small bathroom, kitchenette and terrace.
Villa Ana has an excellent location right by the sea on a sandy beach.
On the beach next to the villa, guests can rent a deck chair, rent a boat, pedal boat or jet ski. They can also take a ride on an inflatable banana pulled by a speedboat, or relax and have a snack at the beach coffee bar. Other restaurants and cafes are close to the villa.
We recommend a trip to Omis and Split. Omis is an old, romantic, originally pirate town. Every day there are fish and vegetable markets, there is a gas station, supermarket, medical clinic, etc. Omis is a starting point for boat trips to the islands, associated with baking fish. Sports-minded guests can try rafting, canoeing or climbing in Omiš. Split is the administrative center of Dalmatia. Apart from amazing historical monuments /e.g. Diocletian's Palace, Salona /there is also a Czech consulate.
The price listed in the table is the price for the whole studio /apartment, room, bungalow /per night. The price includes spa tax and all other fees. The price does not include the fee for the use of air conditioning. The use of air conditioning is agreed directly with the owner. For the stated price, there can be a studio /apartment, room, bungalow /a maximum of as many people as listed in the table /including children /. The price varies according to individual periods.
