House IGOR is in the resort of Duce Luka on the Omis Riviera right by the sea on a sandy beach about 10 meters from the sea.

The owner does not live in the house, guests have the whole house available.

Igor House is easily accessible. A regular bus line from Prague has a stop about 100 meters from the house. If you arrive in Split by plane, public transport stops at the same stop.

There are two apartments in the house: an apartment on the ground floor /the whole ground floor /and an apartment on the first floor /the whole floor /.

The apartment on the ground floor has two bedrooms /double and triple /, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and spacious terrace. The terrace has a nice view of the sea, the sandy beach.

The apartment upstairs has two double bedrooms, living room with kitchen and sofa bed, bathroom and balcony with beautiful sea views. The apartment has air conditioning and TV.

The advantage of this house is its excellent location right on the sandy beach only a few meters from the sea. Parents sit on the terrace and easily check their children on the beach.

On the beach next to the house, guests can rent a deck chair, rent a boat, pedal boat or jet ski. They can also take a ride on an inflatable banana pulled by a speedboat or relax at the beach bar. Other restaurants and cafes are near the house.

We recommend a trip to Omis and Split. Omis is an old, romantic, originally pirated town. Every day there are fish and vegetable markets, there is a gas station, supermarket, medical clinic, etc. Omis is a starting point for boat trips to the islands, associated with baking fish. Sports-minded guests can try rafting, canoeing or climbing in Omiš. Split is the administrative center of Dalmatia. Apart from amazing historical monuments /e.g. Diocletian's Palace, Salona /there is also a Czech consulate.
