STJIPE house
House STJIPE is in the town of DUGI RAT on the Omis Riviera about 18 km from the town of Split in the direction of the Makarska Riviera.
The house is in a quiet residential area about 300 m from the sea from the beach and only 100 m from the city center.
Dugi Rat is a pleasant small town with a beautiful large sandy beach with gradual access to the sea. Around the beach, a long promenade leads to the neighboring town. On the beach there are cafes, rental pedal boats, deck chairs, etc. You do not have to drive anywhere, you can walk everywhere comfortably.
Compared to other resorts, Dugi Rat has very nice lower prices. This is due to the fact that until recently there was an ugly factory for the production of alloying elements for steel and tourism was practically non-existent. Now the factory is demolished and the construction of a luxury hotel complex is being prepared in its place. Maybe Dugi Rat will turn into an expensive tourist resort in the future.
House Stjipe is conveniently located near the center in a quiet location away from the busy road.
You do not have to drive to Stjipe. There is a regular bus line to Prague from Dugi Rat. The bus stop is about 300 meters from the house Stjipe. You can also use the regular airline Prague - Split. The line is operated by Travel Service, the flight takes only 90 minutes and the owner of the house Stjipe will be happy to take you from the airport for a small fee.
There are only two identical apartments in the house Stjipe. One apartment is on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Each apartment has a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and an outdoor terrace. The bedroom has a double bed and another full bed. The living room has a kitchenette, dining table and a wide sofa bed /sleeping for two people /
Both apartments have air conditioning, WiFi and TV.
Guests have access to an outdoor barbecue on the ground floor.
Restaurants, shops, markets, doctor, etc. are located 100 to 200 meters from the apartments.
The beautiful large beach is about 300 m from the apartments.
We recommend a trip to Split /Diocletian's Palace /or to Omis /rafting on the Cetina /. You can easily reach Split and Omis by bus by public transport. We also recommend a boat trip to the island of Brac. The boat runs every day from a small harbor next to the beach.
