Omis Riviera

The Omis Riviera is one of the most beautiful tourist destinations on the Croatian Adriatic. There are beautiful sandy beaches. The beaches are natural /sand flooded by the river Cetina /, they are about 7 km long. It is the only place in Croatia with such long sandy beaches.

The center of the riviera is the town of Omis. Here the river Cetina flows into the sea. Omis is an ancient city with a turbulent history. In the distant past, pirates hid here at the mouth of the Cetina River. From there, merchant ships sailing across the Adriatic attacked. It was the pirates who founded the town of Omis.

Today, tourists admire the narrow streets of the old town and the breathtaking, deep river canyon.

We have been offering our guests accommodation in Duče Luka in apartments right on the sandy beach for more than 20 seasons.

We now also offer apartments in the resort of Dugi Rat.

A comfortable bus from Prague runs to both resorts every week during the season.

If you prefer air transport, you can use the regular route Prague - Split. The line is operated by the Czech company Travel Service, the flight lasts 90 minutes.

Public transport runs from Split to Duče Luka and Dugi Rat /about 20 km /.
