House ŽANA is an apartment house in the beautiful bay of Pogorila on the north side of the island of Hvar. The house is right by the sea on a large pebble beach.

The house has electricity and WiFi internet connection.

A good stony road /about 2.5 km/leads from the main road to the bay. Žana's house is at the end of the bay, at the end of the road.

Guests' cars are parked on a private lot right next to the house.

There are a total of 6 apartments in Žana's house. Apartments No. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are on the first floor. Apartment No. 6 is on the ground floor.

The largest is apartment No. 5 on the first floor. The apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony directly above the sea. The balcony is accessible through wide glass doors from both bedrooms. The apartment is entered from a large terrace. The terrace is part of the apartment, there is a large dining table. The living kitchen has air conditioning, a couch, a dining table, a large refrigerator, and a kitchen. line with stove and sink, TV, microwave oven, electric kettle, etc. In the first bedroom there is a wide double bed and a bunk bed /sleeping for 4 people/, in the second bedroom there is a double bed.

Apartments No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 on the first floor are the same. These apartments are newly equipped with air conditioning. The apartment has one living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the beach. In the living room there is a wide double bed + another bed, a glass door to the balcony. The kitchenette has a large fridge, stove, sink, microwave and kettle. There is a large dining table on the balcony.

Apartment No. 6 on the ground floor: one living room with kitchenette, bathroom. There is a double bed /150 cm/and a couch /120 cm/. The apartment is entered from the terrace. There is a table for this apartment on the terrace at the entrance to the apartment.

In the house of Žana, guests have a buffet available: refrigerators and freezers with beer, lemonade, ice cream, etc. Guests can also order dinner.

The owner offers food delivery, rental of sunbeds on the beach, etc.

Žana's house is in a very quiet location in Pogorila Bay. The beach is almost empty even in high season. If, for example, you don't like the pebble beach, you have a large private concrete jetty right under the terrace.

The nearest shop is in the village of Bogomolje /about 6 km from the house/. The nearest civilization is the city of Sučuraj /ferry port about 20 km from the house/.

We recommend going shopping to Jelsa /about 40 km from the house/. In Jelsa /in contrast to Sučuraj/there are three large supermarkets almost next to each other /by the bus station/, a gas station /about 1 km behind Jelsa/, banks, exchange offices, post office, ambulance, etc.
