Apartments TATJANA
Apartments TATJANA are in a new house in the bay Zastupac on the north side of the island of Hvar about 4 km from the town of Hvar. The house is about 30 m from the sea from a small pebble beach.
The house has electricity, water from public water and WiFi.
Newly /2021 /the owner built a concrete parking lot at the head of the bay. Parking is located about 50 m from the house. The road to the house is straight and comfortable.
There are two new apartments in the house. One apartment is the whole ground floor, the other the whole floor. Both apartments are the same size, equally furnished. Each apartment has two double bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and TV, bathroom and shaded terrace or balcony. The apartment on the first floor is accessible by an external staircase, so guests on the ground floor have the necessary privacy.
Zastupac Bay is a small quiet bay. There are a total of about 8 houses. If you are looking for a new spacious apartment in a quiet location, apartment Tatjana is the right choice. Plus for a great price.
Another great advantage of apartments Tatjana and the whole bay Zastupac is the proximity of the town of Hvar. You will drive about 4 km from the bay and you will find yourself in another world - in the world of luxury hotels and even more luxurious yachts, in a world full of restaurants, cafes, stalls and shops for tourists, etc. On the Hvar promenade you can meet celebrities from all over the world. It is not for nothing that the town of Hvar, together with Dubrovnik, is one of the Croatian TOP tourist destinations. The city also has a gas station, post office, several banks and a medical clinic. If you get tired of the city, we recommend a trip to Pakleni otoč. They are small islands not far from the city. These islands have nothing to do with hell, on the contrary: there are beautiful sandy beaches, a marina for large yachts and several restaurants. You can rent a boat with an outboard engine in the city /there are several rental shops, you do not need a license to drive a boat /, or you can board a boat taxi. Taxis run at night and will reliably take you to the islands and back.
