MIRO house
House MIRO is a new house in the bay Torac on the south side of the island of Hvar about 4 km from the village Gdinj. The house is in a quiet place in the middle of the garden, is located from the sea from a large pebble beach about 50 m. On the asphalt road you can drive to the house. Guests' cars are parked in a private car park above the house. There is no electricity in the house. Lighting is provided by solar panels, refrigerators and stoves working on propane butane. Hot water flows from the solar boiler in the bathrooms /even in bad weather there is enough hot water /. The house is supplied with water from a reservoir above the house.
The house is newly built. So far, only the studio on the ground floor and the apartment on the first floor have been furnished for guests in the house. The studio and apartment have WiFi and TV.
Studio on the ground floor: one living room with kitchenette, bathroom and large shaded terrace overlooking the sea on the bay of Torac. The living room has a double bed and a bunk bed.
Upstairs apartment: two bedrooms /double /, living kitchen, bathroom and a huge terrace with beautiful sea views. The apartment is accessible by an external staircase, so guests on the ground floor have the necessary privacy.
Guests from the studio and the apartment have at their disposal an outdoor grill.
Torac Bay is a nice wooded bay with a large pebble beach. There are about 15 houses in the bay, concentrated mainly around the beach. House Miro is a short walk away, surrounded by gardens full of vines, olives and tangerines.
The nearest shop is in Gdinja /about 4 km /, the nearest town is Jelsa /about 30 km /. In Jelsa there is a post office, a bank, a gas station, a doctor, many shops and restaurants.
A small shop was newly opened in the bay of Tvrdni Dolac /about 300 m from the house /. Here you can buy basic groceries, fruits, vegetables, beer, ice cream, etc. The store is open daily only in the summer season.
Upstairs apartment
The price listed in the table is the price for renting an apartment per night. The price includes spa tax and all other fees. For this price, the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, including children. The price varies by period.
