TATJANA's house
House TATJANA is on the north side of the island of Hvar in Zastupac bay about 4 km from the town of Hvar. The house is right by the sea by a small pebble beach. The house has electricity and water from the public water supply. There is a new WiFi internet connection in the house. Guests have the entire house to themselves. The owner lives in the village of Brusje /about 5 km from the house/.
New /2021/the owner built a concrete parking lot at the head of the bay. The parking lot is about 50 m from the house. The road to the house is straight and comfortable.
The whole house is one living room + a covered terrace with an outdoor grill and a beautiful view of the sea. The bathroom /shower, toilet, sink, hot water from an electric boiler/is attached to the back of the house. In the living room there is a kitchenette /basic dishes/and three beds with the possibility of an extra bed.
The advantage of this house is the excellent location right by the sea on the pebble beach and the very low rental price.
Zastupac Bay is a small, very quiet bay. There are about 8 houses in total.
Another great advantage of the house Tatjana and the entire bay of Zastupac is the proximity of the town of Hvar. Drive about 4 km from the bay and you will find yourself in another world - a world of luxury hotels and even more luxurious yachts, a world full of restaurants, cafes, stalls and shops for tourists, etc. On the Hvar promenade you can meet celebrities from all over the world. It is not for nothing that the city of Hvar, together with Dubrovnik, is one of Croatia's TOP tourist destinations. The town also has a gas station, post office, several banks and a medical clinic. If you get tired of the city, we recommend a trip to Pakleni otoci. They are small islands not far from the city. These islands have nothing to do with hell, on the contrary: there are beautiful sandy beaches, a harbor for large yachts and several restaurants. In the city, you can rent a boat with an outboard motor /there are several rental companies, you do not need a license to drive a boat /or get on a boat taxi. Taxis also run at night and will reliably take you to and from the islands.
