Cottage LENKA
House LENKA is on the south side of the island of Hvar in the bay Kožja about 3.5 km from the village Selce. The house is right by the sea. Under the terrace is a small pebble beach, larger is at the head of the bay about 50 m from the house. There is electricity in the house. Guests have the whole house available. They are here alone, the owner lives in the village of Gdinj.
The access road to the bay is asphalt with the exception of two short sections. It is possible to drive to the bay by car. It is not possible to drive to Lenka's house. The car is parked about 50 m from the house.
The Lenka house has a living kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with hot water and a beautiful large terrace directly above the sea above a small pebble beach. The living kitchen has a kitchen unit, dining table and sofa. The bedroom has a double bed and an extra bed.
The advantage of the house is an excellent location right by the sea on a pebble beach in a beautiful quiet bay Kožja. There are about four fishing houses in this bay and no tourists. The nearest civilization is in the town of Sucuraj /ferry port /about 15 km away.
There is no petrol station, bank, doctor, etc. in Sučuraj. It is better to go to Jelsa /about 40 km to the opposite side /.
Please understand, there are various old photographs in the gallery. The older ones lack railings on the terrace. The owner has installed the railing and this railing can be seen in newer photos.
