House LORIS is right by the sea. Under the terrace is a concrete pier, a large pebble beach is about 50 m from the house. Guests' cars are parked on private land right next to the house or above the house. The house is after a complete reconstruction: a new bathroom was added upstairs, the roof above the sun terrace was made accessible and another apartment was added to the west wall of the house, actually two apartments above each other. In the ground floor apartment in the summer lives the owner or his children, the apartment on the first floor is designed for guests. This apartment is accessible by an external staircase and is completely separated from the Loris house.

Because there is no electricity or water supply in Torac Bay, a modern solar system with a converter for common voltage 220 V is installed in the house and in the apartment. This system supplies lighting, sockets, refrigerators. that it is possible to charge a mobile phone, laptop, camera batteries, connect a shaver, radio, etc. It is not possible to connect appliances with high power consumption, such as an iron, hair dryer, kettle, etc. On the roof of the house is a new solar water heating system . Hot water flows in the bathrooms even in bad weather. The house and apartment are supplied with water from a large tank above the house.

Loris House is a two-story house. The ground floor has a large kitchen with sofa /sleeping for one person /, bathroom and a large covered terrace directly above the sea. There is a concrete pier under the terrace. An outdoor staircase leads from the terrace /on the east side of the house /to the first floor. Upstairs are four double bedrooms, bathroom and large balcony directly above the sea /roof terrace /. Guests have the whole house at their disposal.

Torac Bay is a nice wooded bay on the south side of the island of Hvar. The bay has a large pebble beach with gradual access to the sea. An asphalt road leads to the bay. The nearest shop is in the village Gdinj /about 4 km /, the nearest town is Jelsa /about 30 km /. In Jelsa there is a post office, a bank, a gas station, a doctor and many shops and restaurants.

A small shop was newly opened in the bay Tvrdni Dolac /about 100 m from the house /. Here it is possible to buy basic groceries, fruits, vegetables, beer, ice cream, etc. The store is open daily only in the summer season.
