Cottage JULIA
House JULIA is a fishing house in the bay Virak on the north side of the island of Hvar. The house is right by the sea on a small pebble beach. The house also has a private concrete pier directly below the terrace. Guests are in the house alone, the owner lives in the town of Hvar.
There is no electricity in the house. Lighting is provided by solar panels, a stove and a refrigerator working on propane butane. The bathroom has hot water from the solar panel.
Guests' cars are parked on private land next to the house.
The house has two double bedrooms, living kitchen, bathroom and two terraces: one large /40 m2 /directly above the sea /entrance from the living kitchen /and the other smaller on the opposite side of the house.
Virak Bay is a quiet place at the end of the road. There are about 15 houses, a small pebble beach /near the house Julia /and then only a rocky coast without civilization. A good but non-asphalt road leads to the bay /about 6 km /.
The nearest restaurant is in the neighboring bay Pakomina /about 1 km from the house /, the nearest shop is in the village Gdinj on the main road /about 12 km /. The nearest civilization is in the town of Jelsa about 40 km from the house Julia. In Jelsa there is a gas station, a doctor, several banks, shops, restaurants.
Julia House
The price listed in the table is the price for the whole house per night. The price includes spa tax and all other fees. For this price, the house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people /including children /. The price varies from period to period.
