House KATICA is a new house in Karlovac. There are two new apartments in the house. We offer these apartments for guests who want to relax during the trip to the sea. /After driving approximately 700 km, the shower and the comfortable bed are the best /.

The advantage of the house Katica is the proximity of the highway. The ride is only 6.5 km in one direction. After sleeping, you can return to the motorway and continue comfortably to the sea. You can also take the old road through Slunj, Gračac, Knin to Split. The road is shorter, the road is excellent and you can still save on the highway.

Apartment A2: is new, newly furnished. The apartment has a kitchen, living room, one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom /entrance from the bedroom /, balcony and large terrace. The living room has a sofa bed.

The apartment is air conditioned, guests have access to WiFi, television, etc.

House KATICA is a very nice transit accommodation in a quiet location only 6.5 km from the highway.
