Villa RATKO
Villa RATKO is right by the sea on the island of Lastovo in the bay of Malo Lago. The villa has electricity and water from the city water supply, each apartment has WiFi and TV. The villa is secluded in a pine forest about 20 m from the sea. The villa has a large concrete pier with gradual access to the sea. Guests park in a private car park under the villa. The villa is only 4 km from the ferry port. Guests can arrive without a car, the owner will take them free of charge from the ferry.
Guests can rent a motorboat or moor their own boat at the villa for free.
The stay is ideal for guests with a dog. The villa is secluded, no one minds the dog. The stay of the dog is free.
The stay is also ideal for guests who like food prepared with home-grown ingredients, fish and seafood. The owner is an excellent fisherman and catches fresh fish for guests every day.
Villa Ratko is secluded, but to civilization, to the hotel Solitudo /the only hotel on the island /it is about 1 km. Guests of Villa Ratko can use not only the hotel beach /free /, but also a restaurant, cafe, grocery store. The hotel has a diving school, several boat rentals, bicycles, scooters, etc. Not far from the hotel is also a stall with vegetables.
Our travel agency has apartments in Villa Ratko available only until 1/7 2016 and from 2/9 2017. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you the most requested dates in July and August. On the other hand, we managed to agree on excellent prices for apartments /see the price table below /.
The villa has a total of 5 apartments: apartment A1 on the ground floor, apartments A2, A3 and A4 on the first floor and apartment A5 on the second floor. The owner also lives on the second floor and there is a dining room. Guests can order dinner or half board.
Apartment A1 on the ground floor: 70 m2, the apartment has a large terrace, two bedrooms, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and space with barbecue. The living room has a sofa bed /sleeping for two people /, dining table, TV, WiFi. The first bedroom has a wide double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The kitchenette includes a hob, sink, large fridge and basic kitchenware.
Apartment No. 2 on the first floor: studio apartment - one living room with balcony, bathroom and kitchenette. The living room has a wide double bed and a couch. The balcony has a beautiful sea view of Malo Lago.
Apartment No. 3 on the first floor: the same studio apartment as No. 2 - one living room with kitchen. corner, bathroom and balcony with beautiful sea views. The living room has a double bed and a couch.
Apartment No. 4 on the first floor: the apartment has two bedrooms, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and a large balcony with beautiful sea views. The first bedroom has two single beds. The second bedroom has a double bed and an extra bed /sofa bed /. The living room has a dining table, couch, TV, WiFi.
Apartment No. 5 on the second floor: the apartment has one double bedroom, living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom and balcony with beautiful sea views of Malo Lago.
Villa Ratko is secluded and yet only a short distance from civilization, the owner offers excellent dinners, mainly from freshly caught fish.
The island of Lastovo is a nature reserve, no industry, clear sea and few tourists. At the same time, thanks to the army, which previously had a base on the island, there is a surprisingly developed infrastructure: electricity, city water, asphalt to the forest everywhere.
The nearest gas station is in Ubli /ferry port, about 4 km from Villa Ratko /. Bank, pharmacy, ambulance, etc. is in the town of Lastovo about 12 km from the villa.
There is a bus service and taxis around the island. It is not necessary to drive your own car to the island.
