MARA house
House MARA is on the north side of the island of Korcula in the bay Poporatak. The house is about 50 m away from the sea.
Guests' cars are parked in a private parking lot next to the house.
House Mara is entirely designed for guests. The house has two apartments on the first floor and one apartment on the ground floor. We offer the whole floor for a flat price. The floor is accessible by an external staircase and is completely separated from the ground floor.
Upstairs is one larger and one smaller apartment.
The larger apartment has two double bedrooms, living kitchen, bathroom and balcony with beautiful sea views.
The smaller apartment has one double bedroom, a living kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with sea views. The living kitchen has a double bed.
On the ground floor there is a separate apartment with two double bedrooms, a large living kitchen with sofa bed, two bathrooms and another kitchenette in bedroom No.2. The apartment can be divided, if necessary, to lock /lock the door /into a separate apartment and a small studio with a separate entrance. The large shaded terrace overlooking the sea remains common when divided.
There is WiFi in the whole house, air conditioning is only on the first floor.
Guests have access to an outdoor barbecue and private parking.
Below the Mara house is a large concrete pier. On one side of the pier is a small pebble beach with gradual access to the sea.
Poporatak Bay is a quiet place. Mara House is the penultimate in the bay. The asphalt driveway is blind, ending at the last house.
The nearest shop and restaurant are in the bay Prigradica /about 1 km /. There is also a pebble beach, a tennis court and a basketball court in this bay.
The nearest town Blato is about 5 km away.
MARA 1st FLOOR
The price listed in the table is the price in EUR for the whole 1st floor /two apartments /per night. The price includes spa tax, air conditioning fee and all other fees. For this price, there can be a maximum of 8 people on the 1st floor.
