Villa MILAN
Villa MILAN is on the island of Korcula in a quiet bay Poporatak. The villa has three new air-conditioned apartments. The villa is right by the sea. Under the villa is a large concrete pier with gradual access to the sea. The villa is in a quiet location at the end of the road. Guests' cars are parked in the private car park next to the villa.
In the villa there are two new apartments No.1 and No.2 and one new studio No.3 on the first floor. The ground floor and second floor are not yet furnished for guests.
Apartment No.1: double bedroom, living room with wide sofa bed, spacious kitchen separated from the living room by sliding doors, bathroom and large balcony with beautiful sea views.
Apartment No.2: double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and large balcony with beautiful sea views.
Studio No.3: one living room with double bed, sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom, side balcony.
Apartment No. 2 and studio No. 3 can be connected to one large apartment /two bedrooms, two bathrooms, etc./by opening the door.
We now offer the so-called whole house, ie. apartment no.1 + apartment no.2 + studio no.3 in total for max. 10 persons for a very advantageous flat price.
In both apartments and the studio there is air conditioning, satellite TV, internet, microwave, kettle, hair dryer, etc. The apartments and studio are new, newly furnished.
Guests can buy wine, olive oil, etc. from the owner. Guests can rent a sea kayak /sandolina /for free. The new owner offers guests boat trips, for example, to the island of Proizd, where there are beautiful beaches. The boat has a capacity of approximately 10 people, the price must be agreed directly with the owner.
Under the villa is a large concrete pier. On one side of the pier is a small pebble beach with gradual access to the sea.
Poporatak Bay is a quiet place. There are few houses and even fewer tourists.
The nearest shop and restaurant is in the bay Prigradica /about 1 km /. There is also a pebble beach, a tennis court and a basketball court in this bay.
The town of Blato is about 5 km away.
