House SEVILJA is a nice house on the south side of the island of Korcula in the bay Nova - Garma.

The owner does not live in the house, guests have the whole house available.

The house is right by the sea on a pebble beach, at the end of the bay, almost secluded.

The house has electricity and water. The living room has air conditioning. New /since the 2020 season /there is WiFi in the house.

You can drive to the house. Guests park on private land next to the house.

The house Sevilja has two double bedrooms, a large living room /40 m2 /with kitchenette, bathroom and a large shaded terrace /30 m2 /with a beautiful view of the open sea. The living room has two couches, dining table, fireplace, TV, radio, air conditioning. The kitchenette includes an electric hob with oven and microwave.

There is an outdoor grill by the terrace.

Newly, the owner made a gazebo for guests. The gazebo is at the beach on the land of the owner. It is intended only for guests of the house Sevilja. The gazebo has sun loungers and a large parasol.

The nearest shops and restaurants are in the town of Vela Luka about 7 km from the house. About 5 km from the house is a large supermarket by the road in front of the town of Vela Luka, the second largest on the island.
