Villa Zvone is in the Duče Luka resort on the Omiš Riviera. The villa is right on the sandy beach.

There are eight apartments in the villa. Each apartment has air conditioning, SAT TV and WiFi. There is an automatic washing machine in apartments A1, A3, A5, A6 and A7. All apartments (except A1) have a balcony with a view of the sea and the beach.

There are four mobile homes in the garden of the villa.

Ground floor:

There is only one apartment A1 on the ground floor. The owner lives in the next part of the ground floor.

Apartment A1 has a spacious shaded terrace, a double bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, and a bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV and a washing machine.

1st Floor:

Apartments A2 and A3 are on the first floor.

Apartment A2 has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the beach, a triple bedroom /double bed and a single bed/, a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, and a bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV and a dishwasher.

Apartment A3 has two double bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, three balconies /each bedroom + living room/and two bathrooms. The apartment has air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV and a washing machine.

2nd Floor:

On the second floor are apartments A4 and A5.

Apartment A4 has a triple bedroom /double bed + single bed/, a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a bathroom and a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the beach. The apartment has air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV.

Apartment A5 has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, an extra toilet and two balconies. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has a double bed and a couch. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV and a washing machine.

Third floor:

On the third floor there are two apartments /apartment A6 Zvone and apartment A7 Andelko/and one studio S8 /Anita/.

Apartment A6 has a triple bedroom /double bed + extra bed/, a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a bathroom and a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the beach. The apartment has air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV and a washing machine.

Apartment A7 has two double bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a bathroom, an extra toilet and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the beach. The apartment has air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV and a washing machine.

Studio S8: one living room with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony, facing the neighboring house. There is a wide double bed in the studio. The studio has air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV.

Caravans:

Four mobile homes are in the garden of Villa Zvone. Each trailer has four beds and a kitchenette with a refrigerator. In front of each trailer is a shaded terrace with a table and chairs. Showers and toilets /especially men and women/are common to all four mobile homes and are located in a brick building about 15 m from the mobile homes.
