Villa SEA

Villa MOŘE is in the resort Duče Luka on the Omis Riviera right by the sea on a sandy beach.

Villa SEA is a new villa. All apartments have balconies facing the sea, each bedroom has its own bathroom, on the ground floor there is a dining room, breakfast is served here.

There are nine new apartments in the villa. All apartments have air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi.

Villa SEA is easily accessible. A regular bus line from Prague stops about 80 meters from the villa. If you arrive in Split by plane, public transport stops at the same stop.

The villa has three floors. The ground floor has a reception, dining room and apartment No.1. On the first floor there are two apartments /No.2 and No.4 /and one studio apartment /No.3/. The second floor is the same as the first: there are also two apartments /No.5 and No.7 /and one studio apartment /No.6/. The apartments on the first and second floor are the same size and equally furnished. That is: No. 3 is the same as No. 6, No. 2 is the same as No. 5 and No. 4 is the same as No. 7. On the third floor is apartment No. 8 and apartment No. 9.

Apartment No. 1: two bedrooms /one has a double bed, the other smaller has a sofa bed /, two bathrooms, kitchen, terrace.

Apartment No.2 and No.5: bedroom /double bed + sofa bed /, small kitchen with dining table, bathroom and spacious balcony with beautiful sea views.

Apartment No. 4 and No. 7: two double bedrooms, two bathrooms /entrance to the bathroom from each bedroom /, small kitchen with dining table, balcony with beautiful sea views.

Studio apartment No.3 and No.6: one living room with double bed and sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and spacious balcony with beautiful sea views.

Apartment No.8: two double bedrooms, living room with kitchen. corner and sofa bed, one bathroom and a large balcony with beautiful sea views, the beach.

Apartment No.9: two double bedrooms + one small bedroom with bunk bed, two bathrooms, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, large balcony with beautiful sea and beach views.

All apartments have air conditioning, TV, microwave, kettle and wireless internet access.

Villa Sea has an excellent location right on the sandy beach.

Guests' cars park in a private fenced parking lot about 50 m from the house /behind the road /.

On the beach next to the villa, guests can rent a deck chair, rent a boat, pedal boat or jet ski. They can also take a ride on an inflatable banana pulled by speedboat or relax at the beach coffee bar. Other restaurants and cafes are close to the villa.

We recommend a trip to Omis and Split. Omis is an old, romantic, originally pirate town. Every day there are fish and vegetable markets, there is a gas station, supermarket, medical clinic, etc. Omis is a starting point for boat trips to the islands, associated with baking fish. Sports-minded guests can try rafting, canoeing or climbing in Omiš. Split is the administrative center of Dalmatia. Apart from amazing historical monuments /e.g. Diocletian's Palace, Salona /there is also a Czech consulate.

The price shown in the table is the price for the whole apartment per night in EUR. The price includes spa tax and all other fees. The price does not include the fee for the use of air conditioning. In the period from 30/6 to 1/9 2021, the owner offers a 5% discount on the total price due to the fact that he does not provide breakfast.

For the price listed in the table, there can be a maximum of the number of people in the apartment /studio /.
