ERIKA house
House ERIKA is in the bay Srhov Dolac on the south side of the island of Hvar. The house has an excellent location right by the sea on the beach. Guests have the whole house available, the owner does not live here.
There is no electricity in the house. Lighting and WiFi is powered by solar panels. Fridge and stove work on gas. The house is supplied with water from a reservoir above the house. Only cold water flows in the bathroom.
Srhov Dolac Bay is a beautiful quiet bay with two large pebble beaches. The bay is still undiscovered by tourists, so the beaches are almost empty even in the full season. A good rocky road leads to the bay from the main road /about 4.5 km /.
The ERIKA house is a two-storey house literally right by the sea. Guests' cars are parked behind the house, to the sea there is a corridor through the house.
On the first floor are four bedrooms and a large terrace directly above the sea. From the terrace you meet to the ground floor. The ground floor has a living kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a large shaded terrace.
The house is designed for a maximum of 5 adults and one child under 12 years. The owner does not want a higher number of guests.
House ERIKA is in a very nice place on the south side of the island. Guests are here alone, have the necessary privacy.
The nearest shop is in the village Gdinj /about 5 km from the house /. For larger purchases we recommend the town of Jelsa /about 30 km from the house /. In Jelsa there is also a petrol station /about 1 km behind Jelsa /, post office, exchange office, ambulance.
