TONCHI cottage
House TONČI is a detached house without owner in the beautiful bay Pelinovik on the south side of the island of Hvar.
The house has an excellent location. It is right by the sea on a large pebble beach. Guests have the whole house available. The owner lives in the village Bogomolje, about 3.5 km from the house.
It is possible to drive to the house. Guests' cars are parked right next to the house.
There is no electricity in the house. Lighting is provided by solar panels, a refrigerator and a stove working on propane butane. Only cold water flows in the bathroom. The new owner has installed larger solar panels and a 220 V converter. Guests can charge mobile phones, laptops, etc.
On the ground floor there is a so-called tavern - a cold room /once a storehouse of wine and olive oil /with a wide door. Guests have a tavern available. In front of the tavern there is a concrete terrace directly on the beach shaded by a large pine tree.
Upstairs are two double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a narrow balcony directly above the sea above the beach. From both bedrooms a glass door leads to the balcony. The kitchen has a kitchen with basic utensils, large refrigerator with separate freezer, gas stove and dining table.
In the bay Pelinovik is a beautiful large pebble beach. Tonči's house is right on the beach.
The nearest shop is in the village Bogomolje about 3.5 km from the house. A gas station, bank, medical service, etc. is in the town of Jelsa about 40 km away.
TONCHI cottage
The price shown in the table is the price in EUR per night for the whole house. The price includes spa tax and parking for one car on private land. For the stated price, a maximum of 4 people can be in the house. The price varies from period to period.
