ADANA house
House ADANA is a detached new house without an owner in the bay Tvrdni Dolac on the south side of the island of Hvar. Tvrdni Dolac Bay is one of the most beautiful bays in Gdinj. The bay is wooded, there are two beautiful large pebble beaches. There are few houses in the bay, guests will find the necessary peace here.
The house has 220V electricity from solar panels and WiFI internet connection, hot water from solar panels and television in both apartments.
House ADANA is located about 40 m from the sea, pebble beach.
There are two apartments in the ADANA house: on the ground floor there is a studio apartment A2 /the whole ground floor /. Upstairs is apartment A1 /the whole first floor /.
Apartment A1 is the whole first floor of the house. The apartment is accessed from the terrace through a wide glass door. The apartment has a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a wide double bed, a bathroom and a spacious terrace with an outdoor fireplace and sea views.
Studio apartment A2 is one living room /double bed + sofa bed, kitchenette with refrigerator /, bathroom and a spacious terrace with outdoor fireplace. The living room is connected to the terrace by a three-part glass wall. Once opened, a large living space will be created.
The house ADANA has electricity 220V from solar panels WiFi, television. The capacity of the solar panels allows, in addition to lighting, also charging of mobile phones and laptops. Refrigerators and stoves run on propane butane. The house is supplied with water from a reservoir above the house. The water is heated by a solar system. There is plenty of hot water in the bathrooms.
You can't drive to the house. It is possible to unload luggage above the house. Guests' cars park about 50 m from the house.
Tvrdni Dolac Bay is a nice bay with two large pebble beaches. There is a kiosk with basic groceries in the bay.
The nearest other shop is in the village Gdinj, about 5.5 km from the apartment. The nearest town is Jelsa /about 30 km from the apartment /. In Jelsa there is a medical ambulance, a post office, two banks, a gas station, several supermarkets, many shops, cafes and restaurants.
