House MARINA
House MARINA is on the north side of the island of Hvar in the bay Zastupac about 4 km from the town of Hvar. Guests have the whole house to themselves, the owner lives in Split. The house is located from the sea from a small pebble beach about 50 m. The house has electricity and water from the city water supply. You cannot drive to the house. Guests' cars are parked at the end of the asphalt road. From the car to the house it is necessary to go about 100 m down the hill on a rocky road.
The Marina House is well equipped. There is air conditioning, central electric heating, dishwasher, satellite TV with DVD player, large refrigerator /about 300 l /and outdoor shower.
The house is entered from a large terrace /sea view, the bay /. The house has a large kitchen /very well equipped /, bathroom and two bedrooms. There are double beds in both bedrooms.
House Marina is very spacious, ideal for a family. Children will appreciate the pebble beach a few meters from the house. The advantage is the absence of the owner. Guests have the whole house to themselves, they have the necessary privacy. A certain disadvantage is the inability to drive to the house. But just a walking path - the only publicly accessible path to the bay guarantees guests peace and quiet.
Another great advantage of the Marina house and the whole bay Zastupac is the proximity of the town of Hvar. You will drive about 4 km from the bay and you will find yourself in another world - in the world of luxury hotels and even more luxurious yachts, in a world full of restaurants, cafes, stalls and shops for tourists, etc. On the Hvar promenade you can meet celebrities from all over the world. It is not for nothing that the town of Hvar, together with Dubrovnik, is one of the Croatian TOP tourist destinations. The city also has a gas station, post office, several banks and a medical clinic. If you get tired of the city, we recommend a trip to Pakleni otoč. They are small islands not far from the city. These islands have nothing to do with hell, on the contrary: there are beautiful sandy beaches, a marina for large yachts and several restaurants. You can rent a boat with an outboard engine in the city /there are several rental shops, you do not need a license to drive a boat /, or you can board a boat taxi. Taxis run at night and will reliably take you to the islands and back.
