House DINKO is in Torac bay on the south side of the island of Hvar.

There is a beautiful large pebble beach in the bay. The house is right on this beach, about 3 meters from the sea.

The guests are alone in the house, the owner lives in the village of Gdinj.

There is no electricity in the house. Lighting is provided by solar panels, the stove and refrigerator work on propane butane.

A 220V converter is part of the solar electrical installation. Guests can charge mobile phones and laptops. It is not possible to connect electrical appliances with a large power consumption.

The owner installed a modern solar water heating system in the house. All bathrooms have hot water even in bad weather.

WiFi internet connection is available in both apartments.

You can drive your car up to just above the house, you can unload your luggage here, but you cannot park here. Guests' cars are parked on the asphalt driveway above the house.

There are two new apartments in the building after the reconstruction: apartment No. 1 on the ground floor and apartment No. 2 on the first floor.

Each apartment has two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchenette. Each apartment has its own terrace directly above the beach /beautiful sea view/. The upstairs apartment is accessible by an outdoor staircase from the side of the house. Guests in both apartments have the necessary privacy.

The DINKO house is ideally located right on a beautiful pebble beach. There are only a few houses in the bay, so if you are looking for a quiet place for your vacation, this house is a good choice.

The nearest shop is in Gdinja /about 4 km/. The nearest civilization is in Jelsa /about 30 km/. There is a gas station, doctor, shops, cafes and restaurants here.

A small shop was recently opened in Tvrdni Dolac bay /about 150 m from the house/. Here you can buy basic food, fruit, vegetables, beer, ice cream, etc. The store is open daily only in the summer season.
